To make a purchase, click on the product of your choice, click on ‘Add to cart’ then on ‘Proceed to payment’ in your cart. Then simply follow the checkout steps. Fill in your shipping information, your payment method, your payment information. The validation of your payment is effective when the payment is validated. Once the availability of the jewelry is confirmed, the jewelry you have purchased will then be sent to the delivery address that you have indicated. We invite you to contact our customer support at hello@collectionprivee.ae. Our teams will immediately process your request.

Return & Refund

You have 24 hours after receipt of your package to communicate to Collection Privée that you wish to return your purchase if it does not suit you. We invite you to follow the procedure below:

1. Go to the Contact page

2. Send an enquiry requesting to return your order.

3. We validate your request

4. You receive an email with your return label

Each returned product will be checked by Collection Privée. The refund will be validated once the condition and conformity of the jewelry are proven.

Create my Collection Privée account

To create your account, simply click on the profile icon at the top right of the page then click on the “Create an account” field. You will then be able to follow the steps and fill in the different fields relating to your contact details. You will become a member of Collection Privée.

Login to my account

To log in, you can either click on the icon at the top right of your computer or on the “My account” page and fill in the requested information: your email and a password.
